Prediction-market intelligence · Early access

Learn. Customize. Automate.Make smarter prediction-market decisions.

Sheppi combines AI research, human analysis, personalized strategies and controlled automation to help prediction-market traders make better-informed decisions.

Sheppi is not an exchange and does not hold your funds. No accuracy or profit is promised.

Product

Four things Sheppi does

Start anywhere. Each one works on its own, and they compound when used together.

Learn trading strategies

Understand how prediction markets actually work before you put money on one — probability, pricing, value and risk, from the beginning.

  • How a price becomes a probability
  • Reading value and expected edge
  • Position sizing and risk limits
  • Where beginners lose money, and why

Customize your strategy

Tell Sheppi what you care about and what you will not tolerate. Everything downstream — alerts, suggestions, automation — obeys those rules.

  • Sports, markets and categories to follow
  • Risk level and minimum confidence
  • Expected edge threshold
  • Alerts and trading limits

Automated trading bots

Sheppi watches for opportunities that match your rules and prepares the trade. You decide how much of the decision it is allowed to make.

  • Approval mode — the bot asks before executing
  • Full auto within limits you set
  • Caps on trade size, daily loss and exposure
  • Emergency stop, reachable from anywhere

AI + human predictions

See what our models forecast, read the analysis a human reviewer added, and compare both against what the market is charging.

  • Model probability with its reasoning
  • Reviewed human analysis alongside it
  • The gap between both and the market price
  • The biggest risk to the call, stated plainly
How it works

Three steps

You set the boundaries. Sheppi works inside them and shows its reasoning.

  1. Choose what you want to follow

Pick the sports, markets and categories you care about, and set the risk level you are comfortable with. Nothing reaches you that you did not ask for.

  2. Receive intelligence

Model forecasts, reviewed human analysis, the reasoning behind both, the risks to the call, and alerts shaped by the preferences you set.

  3. Decide how to act

Trade manually on the venue you already use, approve a suggested trade, or — once it is available — hand a narrow band of decisions to automation.

What you get

One prediction, in full

The model, a human reviewer and the market on one scale — with the reasoning, and the thing most likely to make it wrong.

Key reasoning

Labour-market softening through the summer supports a cut, but the last two inflation prints came in above consensus and the committee has said it wants a run of clean data first.

Biggest risk

A hot core CPI print before the meeting removes the case entirely. This call is one data release away from being wrong.

Reviewed by a macro analyst, who reads the labour data as more decisive than the model does.

Transparency

How we keep score

A forecasting product that grades its own homework is worth nothing. Here is the method, published before there is a record to be proud of.

Every forecast is timestamped before settlement

A prediction is recorded when it is made, not after the result is known. Nothing is edited retroactively, and the timestamp travels with the call.

Results are published win or lose

Settled predictions keep their original probability next to the outcome. A model that only shows its good weeks is not showing you a model.

Calibration, not a win rate

The question is whether things we call 70% happen about 70% of the time. A win rate rewards forecasting only the obvious; calibration does not.

Human review is labelled as human

Where an analyst has adjusted or disagreed with the model, you see both figures and who said what. The two are never blended into one number.

Results are published as they settle on Performance. We are early: there is not yet a long record, and we would rather say so than show you a number we made up.

Controls

Limits you set, not us

Every suggestion and — when it opens — every automated action obeys these. They are yours to set and yours to change.

  • Maximum trade sizeA hard ceiling on any single position.
  • Maximum trades per dayCaps activity regardless of how many signals fire.
  • Maximum daily lossStops for the day when the number is reached.
  • Maximum open exposureLimits everything at risk at once, across all positions.
  • Minimum probability and edgeNothing is suggested below the bar you set.
  • Emergency stopHalts all activity immediately, from any screen.

What early access means

The product is being built in the open. Some things are finished, some are labelled Coming soon, and automated order placement is gated on technical and regulatory review. You will always be able to tell which is which — anything not live is marked, on every screen.

Questions

Straight answers

Is Sheppi an exchange?

No. Sheppi does not hold your money, take the other side of your trade or settle contracts. Venues like Kalshi and Polymarket do that. Sheppi is the layer that helps you decide what to do there.

Do you guarantee profits or winning picks?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Prediction markets are risky and you can lose everything you put in. What Sheppi offers is better-informed decisions, stated probabilities, and the reasoning behind them — not outcomes.

Where do the AI probabilities come from?

Models trained on historical market and outcome data, published with their reasoning and the main risk to the call. Every forecast is timestamped before settlement and kept on the record afterwards.

What does human analysis add?

Context a model does not have — an injury, a scheduling change, a source that has not reached the data yet. Where a reviewer disagrees with the model you see both numbers separately, never averaged into one.

Is the automation available now?

Not yet. Automated order placement is gated on technical and regulatory review and is marked Coming soon throughout the product. Strategy rules and risk limits can be configured before it opens.

What do I need to get started?

Nothing. Learning material and predictions are open. An account at a prediction-market venue is only needed when you want to act on something.
